As a Personal Trainer Panni prepares herself to give the best possible quality program to her clients, who maybe of either gender, any age, with various level of knowledge of exercise/fitness, and a variety of physical and mental ability levels. Accordingly, she uses the latest scientific information, teaching techniques and methodology in order to prescribe the appropriate fitness program to her clients. She has a very good knowledge of Anatomy, Kinesiology and exercise physiology. She is also well informed in nutrition. She has excellent communication skills, motivational techniques and uses well established fitness evaluation.
As a Fitness Trainer, her specialty lies in the areas of stretching/flexibility and body alignment/posture. Many of her clients are athletes and performing artists.
Her fitness training started early in life in Hungary, when she trained in the State’s Performing Arts of the Circus School. She learned the importance of stretching and warming up before training and she wants to pass on this knowledge to all exercisers. Proper body alignment, good posture is also extremely important to prevent one of our society’s most common “aching problems” : Aching backs.
She has over 25 years of experience in the Fitness Industry. She has earned a degree in Kinesiology and presently working on furthering her Exercise Science education. She is well-known for her accomplishments in the upper New York State areas and also Nation Wide for the Guinness Book of Records for nonstop exercising in 1989. (See document)
